2025 NBVA Conference & Trade Show - Attendee Registration
The 2025 NBVA Conference and Trade Show takes place March 18-20 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference will take place on Tuesday, March 18 at the Westgate Las Vegas and the trade show will take place Wednesday, March 19 and Thursday, March 20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall.

The NBVA Conference & Trade Show is for those individuals engaged in or looking to engage in the business of bulk vending.

NBVA Badge Fulfillment/Pickup Information:

NBVA Badges can be picked up at the NBVA Conference Registration Desk at the Westgate Las Vegas on Tuesday, March 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall Registration Desk on Wednesday, March 19 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
NBVA Badge Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation/Refund Policy – Registrations cancelled by February 28, 2025 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations March 1, 2025 will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the NBVA office at (815) 526-3758 or by email at admin@nbva.org
